This ToS governs the relationship between TikSnap and users who access the TikSnap application and/or use the products and services provided through TikSnap ("TikSnap Products and Services").

TikSnap is not responsible for any violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations committed by you or a third party at your behest. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Specifically, you agree and warrant that in using TikSnap Products and Services, your actions do not contravene the laws, rules, or regulations of (1) the country, state, or locality where you reside, or (2) the country, state, or locality where TikSnap is located or operates.

You agree not to:

  • Use TikSnap for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Download, distribute, or share copyrighted content without the permission of the original creator.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with TikSnap's software or infrastructure.
  • Abuse, exploit, or overwhelm TikSnap's servers through automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests beyond normal use.
  • Use TikSnap to download content for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution.
  • Impersonate any individual or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Trademark

TikSnap respects trademark rights and complies with trademark laws and regulations. The name "TikSnap" is our trademark and should only be used in relation to TikSnap Products and Services. When using, mentioning, or referring to our Services, please note the following:

  • Use the exact format "TikSnap" as a single word without any space, division, or separation.
  • Never associate our trademark with any other individual(s), entity(ies), application(s), website(s), goods, or services not belonging to TikSnap.
  • We reserve all rights relating to our trademark against any misuse, misrepresentation, or infringement in any form.

5.2 Copyright

TikSnap respects copyrights and complies with copyright laws and regulations.

  • Users are responsible for the content they use with TikSnap (the links pasted on TikSnap).
  • TikSnap provides support to Users to download information/content for the legitimate personal interests of the Users.
  • We only process content that users have publicly posted on TikTok. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download such content in accordance with relevant laws.
  • Users shall only use videos downloaded through TikSnap for personal, non-commercial, free purposes.
  • TikSnap does not backup, store, or archive any Users' content or downloaded videos for any reason.
  • TikSnap cannot and has no obligation to verify whether each piece of content is lawful, but if any violation is detected, TikSnap reserves the right to restrict Users from accessing and using the service.
  • We encourage users who detect any suspected misuse, unauthorized use, or infringement to inform us for proper handling.

5.3 Use License

We grant Users permission to temporarily download one copy of the Content and Materials on TikSnap for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Alter, modify, distribute, or duplicate the Materials.
  • Use the Content and Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TikSnap at any time.

We respect and assist Users in protecting their legitimate rights of attribution and integrity in works and content. The Content and Materials on TikSnap are provided to serve the interest of Users who are the legitimate owners or authors. TikSnap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, TikSnap does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Content and Materials on its website or otherwise relating to such Content and Materials.

We operate TikSnap in compliance with our set principles to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information, including information of our Users, is protected and maintained. We do not collect, store, or disclose personal data to any third parties for any reason. We do not require user registration or login to use our services.

The Content and Materials appearing on TikSnap could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TikSnap does not warrant that any of the Content and Materials are accurate, complete, or current. TikSnap may make changes to the Content and Materials contained on its website at any time without prior notice. However, TikSnap does not make any commitment to update the Content and Materials.

TikSnap has no responsibility for any external sites linked to or from its website, together with the contents thereof. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TikSnap of the linked site. Use of any such linked website is at the Users' own risk. TikSnap is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party website or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TikSnap, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
  • Any content obtained from the Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

TikSnap's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TikSnap for the Services in the past twelve (12) months, or $0 USD, whichever is greater.
